Helpful Links for Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Other Social Services and Resources by State/Territory
The unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has brought with it a new wave of uncertainty, stress, and fear. Naturally, many IUBAC members and their families are struggling with maintaining their emotional stability in ways they may never have before. In addition, those who are predisposed to mental health and substance abuse challenges, may be more triggered than ever. This can be demoralizing if you are unsure of where or how to seek help, especially in light of current social distancing guidelines. The Bricklayer’s Member Assistance Program (MAP) is here to support you in getting connected to critical mental health, substance abuse, and social services during this time. Please see the following links for national and state-by-state resources.
